RTI Information

Response to Instruction is a process which is in place to help a student who may be struggling with academic or behavioral issues. The process has three different levels or tiers of support. The general education teacher will notice an area of weakness with a student, provide interventions, and collect data. The RtI team assists the general education teacher review the data and interventions in place and students will move through the tiers of support if needed. The overall goal of RtI is to provide students the support they are need to allow them to make gains with the general education curriculum and behavior management.
