Frankton-Lapel Community Schools

The application is available at the school office, administration office and at the bookstores.  The application is also downloadable in the Forms Download Section of this site.

Frankton-Lapel will conduct direct certification in early July for those households who receive Food Stamps or TANF benefits.

Those households directly certified for free meals and free textbooks will be notified by mail in mid-July, and will not need to complete an application this school year.

If you receive the Food Stamp or TANF benefits, but did not receive a direct certification letter in July, please submit an application to the school.

Additional, more detailed information is available in the Food Service Information Download Section of this site.
